<p>Nella tenuta di Crespignano,<br>una verde vallata ai piedi dei Monti Pisani nel<br>Comune di Calci, produco, come da tradizione familiare, un olio extravergine di oliva di alta e pregiata qualità. L'olio nasce da varietà di piante di olivo piantate secoli fa in una precisa proporzione di varietà: 85% Razza,<br>15% costituito da Frantoiano, Leccino, Mignolo,<br>Moraiolo e Pendolino.</p>

<p>Ogni fase<br>produttiva viene<br>seguita con<br>particolare<br>attenzione, dalla<br>raccolta manuale<br>delle olive, alla<br>trasformazione e<br>conservazione dell’olio extra vergine di oliva,<br>l'obiettivo è di offrire un prodotto<br>di alta  qualità, importante per il benessere del consumatore .<br>Il basso valore di acidità e perossidi, l’alto<br>contenuto in polifenoli e tocofenoli, la<br>composizione in acidi grassi (acido oleico<br>monoinsaturo preponderante e acidi grassi<br>polinsaturi) sottolineano l’elevata qualità biologica<br>e la ricchezza di sostanze preziose per la nostra salute.</p>
