Notre gîte a été rénové dans une ancienne ferme familiale en pisé, datant de 1888 et restaurée avec des matériaux traditionnels. Vous retrouverez dans ce grand gîte familial authentique l’agréable mélange du charme de l’ancien allié au confort moderne (notamment Internet Fibré et bonne réception de tous les réseaux mobiles parfait pour le télétravail) le tout dans un environnement calme et verdoyant.
Placé au cœur de la France au carrefour de plusieurs autoroutes, il est idéal pour les événements en famille et entre amis. Il est situé à 3 kms du bourg de Saint Martin la Sauveté où se trouvent tous les services et commerces de proximité (médecin, infirmières, poste, permanence bancaire, boulangerie, boucherie, superette, garage et station d’essence).
Notre gîte est labellisé gîte de France 3 épis , « bébés câlins », « handicap » et « gite de caractère ».
D’une superficie de 260 m² sur deux niveaux, il est équipé d'un chauffage central au fuel avec compteur pour consommation et aménagé pour recevoir de 10 à 12 personnes.
A l’extérieur, une cour et un terrain de 3 000 m² avec jeux d’enfants qui offre une vue imprenable sur le vallon Au RDC, vous trouverez :
