To ensure the longevity of your items, we recommend hand washing them in cold water and laying them flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as it may cause distortion. For delicate items, consider using a gentle laundry bag to protect them during washing.
Are your items handmade?
Yes, all of our items are handmade with love and care. For certain products, we also use a circle knitting machine to ensure precision and consistency. Whether handmade or machine-knit, each piece is crafted with attention to detail, making it unique and special.
Can I return or exchange my knitted/crocheted items?
Knitted and Crocheted Items (scarves, gloves, hats): We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your knitted or crocheted items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to any non-jewelry returned items.
As a small business, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately no, at this time all of our items are premade but we hope to take custom orders in the future.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. Any international orders placed will be promptly cancelled and refunded. We appreciate your understanding and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. However, if you’ve placed a custom order, it may take a little longer to ensure everything is made to your exact specifications. You’ll receive an update with tracking information once your order has shipped.
