7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

• Must be presented at time of appointment if applicable

• May only be used towards eligible services or products

• Are valid for 3 years, subject to Australian consumer law

Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers may not be replaced at our discretion.

Pricing discussions and final treatment recommendations occur during consultation.

9. Payment Policies

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Our payment policies include:

• A deposit of $50 is required at time of booking to secure your appointment for all treatments.

• Fees may be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. We do not accept personal checks.

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment outcomes and recovery.

Lara Aesthetics is not responsible for outcomes impacted by failure to follow aftercare instructions or failure to disclose relevant medical history.
