I understand there are researches indicated that Garden/ Agriculture offers numerous therapeutic benefits for wellbeing. Can I come spend time in the garden as a volunteer?
Of course! Phyllis is always looking for helping hands. She has a small group of dedicated volunteers that turn into a circle of friends. Volunteer availability, usually 2- 4 hours per shift. Hours are typically 3 days a week with occasional weekends. Flexibility in hours is required. You will get free lunch, produce and onsite recreational activities. If you are interested, please send her an email.
