This is a 2 day online workshop focusing on real-time, expert-led learning

Day 1:

  • Session 1: Understand basics of BPMN 2.0 notation and practice using real-life business case-lets

  • Session 2: Advanced BPMN 2.0 notations and hands-on practice

  • Session 3: Basics of UML Use Case diagram

  • Session 4: Create use case diagrams - hands-on

  • Take-home Case Study for analysis and understanding

Day 2:

  • Session 1: Basics of Domain Modelling with UML

  • Session 2: Discussing the Case Study and Business Structure understanding

  • Session 3: Building UML-based Domain Model structure

Take-home Project:

  • Case study based project to identify actors, workflows, process modelling

  • Use cases identification and modelling and documentation

  • Domain model development
