live with your friends classmates and more, oh! note that its boys only hostel as of now, bringing females to the hostel is highly prohibited unless it's your own mother-sister visiting you time-to-time. you've got the cook's (khala)'s salary is to be shared equally among all students staying also including the groceries costs

the standard default for bachelors and teeny-tiny families on the 3rd floor has one large bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom & a large front balcony costing a little over 3,000 taka upfront adding up a 100 bucks of maintenance fee
note: the 100 bucks as garbage collection fee is binded with all flats' net wage

if that isn't enough,
get the two rooms one, it has two large rooms with a large kitchen, bathroom & a large! balcony.
all with just 4,500 taka *excluding the maintenance fee

ok, this is the hot one!
get a even larger, royal sized room, a football field like dining space, a larger kitchen, larger bathroom & a stunning long balcony just for 4,000 taka!

if even that doesn't meet your needs, you got the option to extend to an
another modular royalish-sized bedroom, an another whole new bathroom, an even larger front balcony with an extra attached kitchen (with privacy shield)
all for just, an extra two thousand!
