Who We Are

What is Recovery Reform?

Recovery Reform represents an important shift in how we approach substance use and recovery. As a non-profit organization, Recovery Reform is re-framing recovery through education and training. Through our podcast, our outreach efforts, and building recovery communities centered around harm reduction principles and respect for autonomy, we can change how we understand addiction recovery.

The Podcast

Recovery Reform: Navigating Harm Reduction, Recovery, and Drug Policy

The Recovery Reform podcast explores substance use disorders, harm reduction, and recovery through discussions with people with lived experience, experts in harm reduction and drug policy, and leaders in addiction psychology and treatment.

Hosted by our Executive Director, McCauley Sexton, and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Taylor Nichols, each episode provides candid conversations about substance use, the impact of policy and the harms of the war on drugs, and fights to break the stigma against drugs and the people who use them.
