Meet Rexx
Core Beliefs & Cosmic Curiosity
I’m Rexx — a physicist and nuclear engineer drawn to the frontier where energy, exploration, and imagination meet. I hold a B.S. in Physics with a minor in Sustainability and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering, where I focused on reactor modeling, Monte Carlo simulations, and space nuclear systems. My academic journey has been fueled by a desire to understand the building blocks of energy — and to apply that understanding in service of a more sustainable and expansive future.
My interests span advanced reactor design, radioisotope power systems (RPS), and space applications of nuclear technology. I’ve pursued independent studies on RPS, built MCNP models for experimental reactor configurations, and completed design projects exploring innovation in core architecture.
This portfolio is a repository of my technical work — including research papers, design projects, and my thesis — as well as a window into my evolving vision. Whether on Earth or in orbit, I aim to contribute to the development of resilient, intelligent energy systems that support life, discovery, and long-term planetary stewardship.
