My husband surprised me with a prenatal massage for my birthday. New to GA, and still learning what’s offered in the area, we were blown away! While I was having an incredible experience and finally getting the relief I needed, he was enjoying the sauna! Needless to say, we will be back MANY more times and plan to bring our families here when they visit from NJ as well. I’m so thankful he found Sol. Truly heaven on earth!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! Beautiful facility. I had my first hot stone massage here yesterday. I have had many massages in the past, and this was by far the best I have ever had. Da'dra was amazing. She had the perfect pressure and was so friendly. I look forward to a return visit.

I can’t rave about this place enough! I recently had a Swedish massage there by DeAdra and it was the most incredible massage I have ever had! 10/10 for me. I have also done their salt cave twice and it’s very relaxing! One time, I went with a stuffy nose, I couldn’t breathe at all out of either nostril and after my session, I was breathing perfectly. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

They are absolutely amazing! Surprised my wife for her birthday and it was a wonderful experience! They explained everything perfectly. We felt so much better and relaxed after going. Definitely will recommend it to everyone I can.

Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is a relatively new concept, but only to the United States. Salt therapy evolved from the salt mines and underground health resorts throughout Europe and Russia where it was called Speleotherapy, a respiratory therapy which involves the breathing of salt infused air in a micro- climate of a salt mine. It was officially recognized as a therapy by a Polish physician, Dr. Feliks Boczkowski in 1843.
Dr. Boczkowski noticed that salt mine workers rarely suffered from respiratory issues. Miners would chisel, hammer and grind the salt which in turn would produce micro-sized salt particles that saturated the air and were then inhaled. With salt being naturally antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial, it created the perfect environment for ideal respiratory health.
