Our Handmade Creations

This is an Acrylic painting. Unusually painted on goat skin Vellum, this is A4 size and Vellum means the painting could live for 500 years. It is archival quality. I love painting these huge landscapes on a small canvas. Using smaller detail brushes and Acrylic seems to lend itself more to very fine detail on small canvas. This scene I’ve watched many times in many forms on Alaska programmes on TV. They shout freedom and acceptance of a natural life filled with a adventure and dangerous risk. But many families live this life, willingly, right now.
