Our brokerage employs various communication tools, including direct messaging, email notifications, and scheduled calls, to ensure that buyers and sellers can easily exchange information and updates throughout the purchase process. On arriving at a mutual trust to proceed, our expert brokers will facilitate a WhatsApp group by introducing all the parties involved; the coordinator / broker (SPAZE Group), the seller (manufacturer / supplier) and the buyer (entrepreneur / business owner / clients / traders). All communication are transparent in the WhatsApp group created by SPAZE and all transactions are done directly between seller and buyer bank accounts, not the broker bank accounts. SPAZE as the broker only facilitates for a seamless buying and selling process while at the same time ensuring the proper documentations are presented.
What fees or commissions should I expect when using your brokerage services?
Fees and commissions are transparent and fixed. While most brokerage firms typically present their fees in a way that allows for variations based on the nature of the transaction and the services provided, which are usually charged at 3 to 5% of the total sales, we only charge a flat fee of 1.88% of the total sales. As an expert brokerage firm focused on building trust with our potential clients, we require payment for our services only after our client or buyer has received their purchased goods at their destination port. Payments should be made to the broker's bank account either on the day the goods arrive or, at the latest, the following day—all based on mutual trust.
How does the brokerage ensure a smooth transaction process?
