Karen’s love for frozen treats began at age six, racing to the ice cream truck with delight. As she grew, she discovered the world of gelato — rich, smooth, and full of flavor — but always felt limited by the “two-flavour rule.”

So, she made a promise: one day she’d open a gelato shop where everyone could taste the wonder of variety.

At Wonder Gelato, each flavour is handcrafted fresh daily using real fruits and premium ingredients. Every batch is made separately, with care and creativity — no shortcuts, no compromises.

Our Gelato-Making Process

Crafting Joy in Every Scoop

At Wonder Gelato, every scoop begins with intention and care. We make our gelato in small batches, right in-store, using traditional Italian techniques blended with a modern, creative twist. Our base starts with fresh milk or dairy-free alternatives, depending on the flavor, and is gently pasteurized to ensure smooth texture and safety.

Each batch is churned slowly at a low speed to preserve the intensity of the flavors. We don’t believe in artificial additives or shortcuts — just honest ingredients and time-tested craftsmanship. Once churned, the gelato is rested and served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, so every flavor note shines through.

Our process honors both tradition and curiosity. Whether it’s a classic like dark chocolate or a playful creation like soba-milk tea swirl, every flavor at Wonder Gelato is made to spark a little joy — and maybe a little wonder — in every bite.
