We reserve the right to refuse orders if the design contains obscene, offensive, pornographic, fascist or radical content.<h4>Delivery</h4>All custom orders are delivered within 1‑20 working days. Our turnaround time starts only when you receive a confirmation email that the artwork has been accepted.

After Approval &amp; Delivery<ul><li>You've approved final designs and received all deliverable files</li><li>Files have been downloaded or accessed</li><li>You've used the design publicly (published, posted, or distributed)</li></ul>5. Third-Party Issues<ul><li>Printer quality issues (these should be addressed with your printer)</li><li>Platform upload issues (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.)</li><li>Issues arising from unauthorized modifications to our files</li></ul><h4>Partial Refund Situations</h4>We may offer partial refunds in the following cases:1. Project Cancellation Mid-Process<ul><li>If you cancel after initial concepts are delivered but before final approval: 50% refund</li><li>If you cancel after revisions begin: 25% refund</li><li>No refund if project is canceled after final approval</li></ul>2.
