Sept 2026 Press Release: POSTCROSSING DEBUTS AT ANN ARBOR STAMP SHOW

POSTCROSSING Meet-Up, a global postcard exchange, makes its first appearance at AAPEX2026, the Ann Arbor Stamp Club’s annual show.  Dates are Friday November 6 (10 am-5 pm) and Saturday November 7 (10 am-4 pm).   The show returns to its usual venue, Morris Lawrence Building, Washtenaw Community College, 4800 E. Huron River Drive, Ann Arbor (just north of the Golfside Rd-Clark Rd intersection).  Admission and parking are free.  Sign-in registration and name tags are required.

At the heart of Michigan’s largest annual stamp show are 23 stamp, cover, and supply dealers from thirteen states----  North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan.  Two auction firms--- Dutch Country Auctions and Sterling Stamps--- welcome consignments for future sales.

POSTCROSSING Meet-Up occurs Saturday 11 am to 2 pm.  For the fourth consecutive year, a twenty-four frame exhibit displays the hobby’s variety.  The US Postal Service (a show co-sponsor) and United Nations Postal Administration sell current issues.  The youth area features free stamps and supplies for beginners.  The Peninsular State Philatelic Society meets Friday at 1 pm, and the American Topical Association will have a display.

The Ann Arbor Stamp Club meets the third Mondays January to October at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1500 Scio Church Road.  AASC is a chapter member of the American Philatelic Society and American Topical Association.  A special feature of the club is purchasing collections at auction and making the contents available to members.
