Social Economic Program Allowances
The Social Economic Program includes five allowances:

Empowering Alkebulan America Families
We are committed to ensuring that government support reaches those eligible within our low-income community by providing vital assistance to enhance family stability and secure a better quality of life for Alkebulan Americans.
Housing Allowance:
The new program includes a housing allowance between $410 to $685 per month until the family obtains government housing. Applicants who live with their parents or family are entitled to 60 percent of this amount. It does not apply to those who obtain government housing subsidy or who own a house registered in their names.
Education Allowance:
Of $880 per month will be allocated to outstanding high school students enrolled in diploma programs and university, up to age of 25.
Allowance for unemployed citizens.
Will grant a fixed subsidy starting from $545 to $1,400 per month according to age.
The allowance to unemployed job seekers amounts to $1,400 per month for six months regardless of their age.
Increasing existing allowances
The Head of the Family allowance increases according to years of experience. This will start from $1,500 and then increases at a rate of $550.00 per month for every 10 years of work experience until it reaches $3,550 per month
Marriage Grant Application
Here's a structured qualification section for the Marriage Grant Application:
Marriage Grant Qualification Criteria
To ensure the success and stability of marital unions, the Alkebulan Social Economic Program provides a $40,000 Marriage Grant for bride and groom $20,000 each to eligible applicants. This grant is designed to support couples in building a sustainable and positive marital foundation. Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify:
Citizenship & Residency
At least one applicant must be an Alkebulan American citizen.
Both partners must be legal residents of the United States.
Marital Status
The couple must be engaged or recently married (within six months of application).
The marriage must be officially registered with appropriate governmental authorities.
Age Requirement
Both applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Financial Status
Applicants must demonstrate financial need, including low or moderate income levels.
Priority may be given to couples facing financial hardship or social challenges.
Education & Preparation
Both applicants must complete a mandatory pre-marital education program designed to equip couples with the knowledge and skills for a successful marriage.
Commitment to Stability
Applicants must provide a personal statement outlining their commitment to building a stable and cohesive family unit.
Other Considerations
Special priority may be given to individuals from marginalized groups, including widows, divorced women, people of determination, and those facing difficult social or economic conditions.
Upon meeting these criteria, applicants may proceed with the formal application process, providing necessary documentation and completing all required steps.
Here's a breakdown of the key allowances:
Unemployment Allowance: A fixed monthly allowance for unemployed citizens aged 45 and above, ranging from $545.00 to $1,400.00
Housing Allowance: A monthly allowance for housing, potentially up to $685.00
High School Education Allowance: A monthly allowance of $875.00 for outstanding students.
University Education Allowance: A monthly allowance of $875.00 for outstanding students.
Head of Family Allowance:
This allowance increases with years of experience and can reach up to $3,550 per month for those over 60.
Wife Allowance: The new social welfare program includes an increase in the wife's allowance to $950.00 per month.
Children Allowance: The program provides monthly allowances for children, starting at $655.00 for the first child, decreasing for sequence for second and third child $450.00 and $220.00 and beyond. This will be given up to age 21.
Inflation Allowance:
As part of the Food Supplement allowance, the government bears 75 per cent of food price inflation.
It will provide a monthly subsidy of 50 per cent for electricity consumption less than 4,000 kilowatts, and monthly subsidy for water at a value of 50 per cent for water consumption less than 26,000 gallons.
Fuel Subsidies:
The program also provides a monthly fuel subsidy of 85 per cent of the fuel price increase over .57 per liter. The head of the family
