Services
Profile: A visionary leader with expertise in agriculture, community development, or social
impact projects.
Responsibilities:
● Provide strategic direction for community-based agro projects.
● Mentor local project leads and guide implementation.
● Ensure each project has a clear budget, timeline, and measurable outcomes.
● Support in building networks with partners and stakeholders.
2. Project Director
Profile: An innovator with their own project vision aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage an independent project under Kijana Initiative.
● Develop and oversee project budgets and proposals.
● Coordinate with the fundraising team for financial support.
● Ensure proper reporting and impact measurement.
3. Media & Information Officer
Profile: A storyteller skilled in digital media, communication, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
● Capture and share photos, short videos, and stories from projects.
● Collect testimonies, research findings, and impact reports.
● Manage social media updates and organizational content.
● Help raise awareness locally and globally about Kijana Initiative’s work.
4. Admin Supervisor
Profile: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Responsibilities:
● Maintain and organize documents, files, and reports.
● Ensure readiness for partnerships, grants, or proposals.
● Support transparency for public review and compliance.
5. Liaison / Recruitment / Public Relations Manager
Profile: A network builder and communicator.
Responsibilities:
● Connect people and organizations with Kijana Initiative.
● Lead volunteer recruitment campaigns.
● Develop and manage partnerships.
● Represent the organization in events and community engagements.
6. Fundraising Team Member
Profile: Creative, persuasive, and passionate about fundraising.
Responsibilities:
● Organize and support fundraising campaigns (online & offline).
● Mobilize local and global supporters to contribute.
● Develop innovative fundraising strategies.
