Idealised forms emerge, only to tilt off-axis, their contradictions quietly unravelling expected resolutions. Sensation outweighs spectacle, presence eclipses polish. The result is music that feels intimate yet unstable, seductive yet structurally askew.

My most recent foray into a record store. Most have a vintage, musty feel to it. But not Josey Records in Tulsa. Thoroughly modern and clean. Almost ruined record stores for me. Owner John loves collecting 80's new wave vinyl...hard to find stuff.

Love the sound, smells and feels of a good record store. And this is a great record store in Orlando.

One of my favorite record stores on the planet. Lots of stuff to look at and music in every form...tapes, CDs, vinyl...and stuff to play it on.
