Sometimes I think about this and it genuinely messes with my head.
After the Big Bang, the universe should have made equal matter and antimatter.
Which means… everything should’ve canceled out. No stars. No planets. No us.
But for some reason, matter won by the tiniest margin imaginable.
Like one extra particle out of a billion.
That microscopic imbalance turned into galaxies, oceans, and this moment right now Scientists call it baryon asymmetry, but to me it feels like a cosmic accident we’re all living inside.
We’re still trying to figure out why it happened tiny differences in how matter behaves, weird early-universe physics, stuff that happened in the first blink of time.
And honestly?
Every atom in your body is proof that the universe almost chose nothing.
Makes existing feel a little more… fragile
A place where time almost stops
Near a black hole, time doesn’t behave the way we know it.
Gravity becomes so extreme that spacetime itself is warped. This causes time to slow down dramatically compared to places far away, like Earth.
Someone hovering close to a black hole could experience just one hour, while thousands of years pass elsewhere.
The closer you get to the event horizon, the stronger this effect becomes.
It sounds like science fiction but it’s a real prediction of Einstein’s general relativity.
Black holes don’t just bend space…
