Violet is a single lens camera. the top lens is for formatting the picture only. In the tradition of vintage photography, you have to guess or measure distances before setting the shutter speed and depth of field.


Absolutely! Using vintage cameras is a fantastic way to learn the fundamentals of photography, including manual settings and film development.

I use Fomopan film because I like the grain size and is very good value for the money.
