I use Violet the Voitlander because of its timeless craftsmanship and the distinctive character it brings to each photograph, capturing moments in a way modern cameras cannot replicate. I enjoy the process of using film.
Violet is a single lens camera. the top lens is for formatting the picture only. In the tradition of vintage photography, you have to guess or measure distances before setting the shutter speed and depth of field.

Absolutely! Using vintage cameras is a fantastic way to learn the fundamentals of photography, including manual settings and film development.
I use Fomopan film because I like the grain size and is very good value for the money.

My adventures have taken me to diverse and beautiful locations, from urban landscapes to remote natural settings, all captured through the lens of Violet.
