- A payment made for artwork, commissions, digital files, licensing, or creative services is generally non-refundable.
- Once a commission has been accepted, production has started, a digital file has been delivered, or a service has been performed, cancellation refunds will not ordinarily be provided.
- For digital artwork, downloadable files, commissioned artwork, and personalised creative services, the buyer should review the description, price, scope, format, and usage rights before making payment.
- A refund or other remedy may be considered only where required by applicable law, where payment was duplicated, or where Avishek Rakshit is unable to fulfil an accepted order.
- This no-refund policy does not attempt to exclude mandato.
