About the Practice

The sessions are a gentle meeting with the body, breath and awareness.
Postures are simple and accessible,
with space for rest, silence and enquiry.

The emphasis is present-centred awareness and exeriential acceptance over 'progress' or becoming more.

Over time effortless ease can become the natural lived state.

About Me

I have been practising yoga for over 30 years
and teaching for the past 15.


My work is informed by a range of yogic
and contemplative traditions,
shaped through lived practice and integration.
