Foundation Board
Dr. Mario Frick
Chairman of the Foundation Board
Dr. Mario Frick is a distinguished lawyer and former Prime Minister of Liechtenstein. Born in 1965 in Chur, Switzerland, he became the world’s youngest head of government when he was appointed Prime Minister at the age of 28, serving from 1993 to 2001. During his tenure, Liechtenstein joined the European Economic Area and the World Trade Organization. Since leaving office, Dr. Frick has been active as a partner in a law firm and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bank Frick since 2008. He is also committed to charitable work and is involved in various non-profit organizations in Liechtenstein

Shaliece Schwemmer is a passionate outreach coordinator with a background in social work and a deep commitment to empowering marginalized communities in Africa and the Pacific. Her exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity enable her to build strong partnerships and effectively mobilize resources for impactful charitable programs.
Joeseph R. Biden
Member of the Foundation Board
Joseph R. Biden Jr., born in 1942, served as the 46th President of the United States from 2021 to 2025. A Democrat, he was Vice President under Barack Obama and a longtime U.S. Senator from Delaware. Known for his work on healthcare, infrastructure, and climate, Biden also made history with key judicial appointments. After leaving politics, he has focused on charitable and community initiatives.
