Founder of BeaconGrow Academy
I am the founder of BeaconGrow Academy, an online leadership academy for children aged 5–12. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, I design project-based learning programs that help children develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. My work combines educational expertise with entrepreneurship to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences. I oversee program development, mentor support, partnerships, and community communication to ensure quality and growth. My goal is to help young learners build confidence, collaborate effectively, and discover their potential in a supportive and inspiring environment.
