Preserving Local Heritage and Culture

The Big Sandy Cultural Fund and Visitor Center is dedicated to preserving and promoting the unique heritage of Big Sandy, Montana. As a non-profit organization, we focus on celebrating the rich history and cultural traditions of our community through engaging exhibits, educational programs, and special events. We have an impressivve library, photographs, prints, recordings.

Visitors stop here from most states, Canada, foreign locations, and many may spend an hour or more, taking our 'tour" of local and area history.

We also direct travelers to Great Falls Russell Museum and the Lewis and Clark Center; to Fort Benton, Loma, Virgelle, Rocky Boy, Havre and Beaver Creek Park, Chinook's Chief Joseph site; Fort Belknap.
