Captured in a metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia primary school, seated amongst his classmates, this photograph depicts a young African-American schoolboy who was in the process of drawing with a pencil on a piece of white paper. Note that the student was focused on a drawing book that referenced fantasy flying planes, while intent on creating his artwork, seemingly oblivious to all the classroom goings-on that surrounded him. It is important to know that objects, including pencils, crayons, paper, etc., are known as fomites, and can act as transmitters of illnesses.

Teaching English to Thai Orphans Mon-Fri. (2019-Present)
15-20 children. 

Students and Teachers volunteering time to serve the community by offering free English class twice a week. We serve over 50 students. (Korea 2014-2017)

Planning games for a mountain village school students. (2019-Thailand) 300 students eagered to play games and other activities for the day.

Taking Korean orphan kids out 2 days out of the month, outside to enjoy things that must of us take for granted.

This is a staff team meeting. They are looking at educational resources for teachers, such as storybooks, notepads with colouring sheets and online teaching resources by Twinkl.

Gaining a deep understanding the problems that customers face is how you build products that provide value and grow. It all starts with a conversation. You have to let go of your assumptions so you can listen with an open mind and understand what’s actually important to them. That way you can build something that makes their life better. Something they actually want to buy.

Robert Welch is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background spanning elementary through high school levels. Currently a PYP 3rd Grade Teacher, he has previously served as Principal and Vice Principal, where he led school-wide initiatives, developed innovative curricula, and mentored fellow educators. Robert holds a Master’s in Elementary Education and is recognized for his work in inquiry-based learning, ESL instruction, and technology integration. Served as a Youth Director for 9 years. As a Christian, I believe that God has given us talents to glorify His Kingdom, and I strives to reflect that purpose in every learning environment I create.

학생들과 교사들이 지역 사회를 섬기기 위해 주 2회 무료 영어 수업을 제공하기 위해 자원 봉사했습니다. 우리는 50명 이상의 학생들을 섬겼습니다. (한국, 2014-2017)

산촌 학교 학생들을 위한 게임 기획. (2019-태국) 하루 종일 게임과 다른 활동에 참여하기를 열망한 300명의 학생들.

한국 고아 아동들을 매월 2일 동안 외부로 데리고 나가, 우리 대부분이 당연하게 여기는 것들을 즐길 수 있도록 했습니다.

Los niños de Guinea Ecuatorial se levantan cada día bajo una realidad que no es nada fácil.

En el barrio Patio Pérez de Malabo, surge Verano Útil, una iniciativa para niños y niñas que busca ser un espacio de encuentro y de unión; una forma de ofrecer unas vacaciones diferentes a los que no tie- nen otras oportunidades; una opción para no estar en la calle, en un entorno peligroso, y un momento en el que poder divertirse y convivir con otros.

로버트 웰치는 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 다양한 배경을 가진 경험 많은 교육자이자 행정가입니다. 현재 PYP 3학년 교사로 재직 중이며, 이전에는 교장 및 부교장으로서 학교 전체의 이니셔티브를 이끌고, 혁신적인 커리큘럼을 개발하며, 동료 교육자들을 멘토링했습니다. 로버트는 초등교육 석사 학위를 소유하고 있으며, 탐구 기반 학습, ESL 교육, 기술 통합 분야에서의 업적으로 인정받고 있습니다. 9년 동안 청소년 디렉터로 봉사했습니다. 그리스도인으로서, 저는 하나님께서 우리에게 그분의 나라를 영화롭게 하기 위한 재능을 주셨다고 믿으며, 제가 만드는 모든 학습 환경에서 그 목적을 반영하기 위해 노력합니다.
