Our Founder &amp; CEO, Jason is an Experienced and award-winning Apprenticeship Leader in Construction &amp; Sustainability with over nine years’ experience across FE colleges, training providers, and employer-led apprenticeship delivery. Currently Apprenticeship Leader at Trafford &amp; Stockport College Group, managing construction and sustainability provision across multiple standards and frameworks, leading a team of ten assessors from diverse trade backgrounds, and overseeing funding, compliance, quality assurance, and employer relationships.Recognised nationally as&nbsp;Construction Apprenticeship Champion of the Year 2024, with a proven track record of driving high achievement in End-Point Assessments, skills competitions, and learner outcomes, including a WorldSkills UK Gold Medal in Plumbing. Strong contributor to curriculum innovation, including national-level involvement in the design of the Low Carbon Heating Technician Standard in partnership with MCS.Highly skilled in apprenticeship funding rules, ESFA compliance, quality improvement planning, SARs, employer engagement, and safeguarding. Extensive experience writing and reviewing policies, risk assessments, method statements, and health, safety and environmental documentation. Demonstrated ability to cleanse and stabilise apprenticeship provision, improve performance metrics, and manage challenging employer relationships effectively.A qualified educator (BA (Hons) Teaching, Learning and Assessment; Level 5 DET; TAQA) with strong pastoral leadership, learner support strategies, and a commitment to widening participation and career guidance. Experienced tutor and assessor across multiple construction trades, with a background as a skilled Joiner.Known for collaborative leadership, open communication, and team development, underpinned by membership of the Institute of Leadership &amp; Management and the Chartered College of Teaching. Passionate about green skills, workforce development, and creating high-quality apprenticeship pathways that meet regional and national skills priorities.
