### Payment Requirements
- An **extra payment of £350** is required before delivery can be made by the agent.
- In addition, under updated regulations from the **Treasurer’s Department**, a **final sum of £350** must be added to the payment already made by Mr. Steven through Mr. Mark.
- The superior has agreed to contribute , which has already been recorded in the system.
- All payments must be finalized **between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Friday **.

Delivery Conditions
- Once the outstanding payments are cleared, the agent will release the **50 kilos** to Mr. Mark.
- Only **Mr. Mark Bernard Tippey** is authorized to sign for and receive the consignment, ensuring compliance and security.
