EPCM Contract Management for the construction of NOVO One Battery Factory: a flagship gigafactory enabling the supply of EV batteries for Volvo Cars.

Scope: Management of construction contracts under modified Swedish AB suite (AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09) frameworks, across a multi-billion SEK industrial development program.
