Frequently Asked Questions

Our address is 13173 Paseo Del Verano. When we moved, we needed to set up usernames and passwords for things like the Internet and WiFi. Casa Verano popped out as a name. Pasel Del Verano is loosely translated from Spanish to Summer Walk. Of course, we did not know this at the time, Casa Verano sounded great. We still use Casa Verano and hope that the purists don't notice the seemingly butchered Spanish.

Our home

is located directly across the street from the Rancho Bernardo Winery, a two minute walk to wine and dinner, and a view of one of the vineyards. The back of the house faces the Oaks North Golf Course with a view of the tee and fairway 5 east.

We're in Oaks North Community and have access to the community center in where we utilize the pool and fitness room and other amenities. There are several communities within Oaks North, all of which have their own HOA. We don't have a housing HOA, but are in the ONCC HOA which gives us access to the community center, but we are not governed the same as the housing HOAs.

Oaks North in conveniently located in Rancho Bernardo and is set as such that we are out of the daily fray of San Diego life, yet we are close to shopping, freeway access and other worldly things.
