Justin Wheeler was born to build. Raised in a family that crafted stunning custom ranch homes on ranches and wide-open landscapes, construction wasn't just a career path -- it was his calling. From the ground up, Justin mastered the trades that define exceptional building: expert carpentry, precision finish work, and a command of the full construction process that only hands-on experience can provide.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Justin brings over two-decades of diversified expertise -- spanning high-end residential remodels, large-scale commercial projects, and elite estate management. His deep knowledge of what makes homes livable, lasting, and luxurious continues to guide Cascade Projects across every custom build.
Beyond the jobsite, Justin is a devoted father, a master gardener, and a passionate outdoorsman who finds peace in hunting, fishing, and stewarding the land -- values he brings into every project with pride.
Scott Rosendahl
Partner & Director of Operations, Cascade Projects
Scott brings grit, precision, and a people-first mindset to every project he touches. While launching his first business after college, Scott found himself bird-dogging investment properties for his aunt, a seasoned builder and developer. It was a side hustle that sparked a lifelong passion -- and eventually led him back to where he belongs; construction and real estate.
Scott's professional foundation has been forged by working for a handful of billion-dollar corporate giants that gave him deep knowledge in HVAC, plumbing systems, and smart environmental upgrades, Scott brings cutting-edge efficiency and intelligent design to every build. Whether it's a full-scale restoration or a luxury remodel, he never loses sight of the people at the center of the project -- and their desired end result.
From grunt work in landscape construction to long days as a ranch hand, Scott's work ethic is hardwired. He's a dedicated family man, former high school football coach, and values every relationship he builds.
