Power-Based Training
I’ve had the privilege of coaching some outstanding sprinters, most notably Marco Orsi — Olympian at London 2012 and Rio 2016, Silver medalist in the 50m freestyle at Doha 2014, Gold medalist in the 100m freestyle at Netanya 2015 and in the 100IM at Kazan 2021 — as well as M. Cortesi, S. Rossi, F. Bocchia, and F. Donin, many of whom I guided from their early junior years.
The opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with top international coaches has been equally valuable to my professional development. Training camps in Auburn with Brett Hawke, in Belek with James Gibson and Marco Cosso, and in Rio with Arilson Silva have greatly enriched and expanded my coaching perspective.
Open water
Extensive experience as Assistant Coach to Martina Grimaldi: 10th place at the Beijing 2008 Olympics, bronze medal at London 2012, and four World Championship medals, highlighted by golds in Roberval 2010 and Barcelona 2013. She also claimed four European Championship titles. Countless World Cup stages provided further rewarding and memorable experiences.
