Services
Design and mold phase
First, a design is created in which the customer has full freedom to propose ideas. Once the design is approved, a mold is made. In the photo the shape of the mold can be seen.
Building phase
In this phase the mold is placed and the concrete is poured. After that, if desired, a straight or curved window is installed. Finally, the pond can be insulated for colder climates.
Final phase
In the final stage, the pond is connected to the required filtration systems and, if desired, an automated filtration and feeding system can also be installed.

In which countries is CustomKoi willing to build Japanese Koi ponds?
CustomKoi is willing to come to every country, as long as the process of paperwork is manageable and the Dutch government is not giving a 'negative' travel advice.
How long does it take to design and build a custom koi pond?
The timeline varies depending on the complexity and size of the pond, but typically the process from initial concept to final handover takes several weeks to a few months. For projects overseas it usually takes longer than in The Netherlands, as it requires more time to get the necessary equipment and materials ready.
How does the payment process go?
The payment process can be discussed depending on the context but in general CustomKoi charges in three stages: design & mold (10%) - build/travel (50%) - finish (100%).
What is the prefered way of payment?
Generally all 'stable' fiat currencies and bitcoin are within prefered ways of payment.
