Art is the soul's expression of its journey.

“A little magic is about to happen in the studio today. As the lights flicker to life, I’m welcomed by a sea of colors. Squeezing out piles of paint, it's time to begin mixing hues. With every brush stroke and drop of paint, I’m breathing life into my feelings. And it’s this emotional energy in my paintings, that I share with you.”

About

Welcome to my online art studio, the vibrant home of abstract art, portraits, and expressive paintings.

Before leaving corporate America, I collaborated with renowned organizations like Warner Brothers, Nestle, and the Dali Museum. And while I loved bringing others’ visions to life, the time had come to create art that reflected my own feelings.

For years now, I've been a mixed media artist painting modern abstract expressionist art, and empowering portraits. They are often layered with words, marks and symbols. My paintings are mostly bold and colorful, and always personal.

The inspiration comes from how I see the world—kind of chaotic, I guess. And because of this spicy neurodivergent ADHD mind, I rarely stick to a single theme at one time. If I try to paint solely in one theme or style, it just never works out for me. So, instead, I paint paintings that are “out-of-sequence”. Finally, it leads me full circle, to form a cohesive series. Creating in this intuitive way, while also throwing in some unpredictability; that's my recipe for flow. It’s the only way I know to create meaningful and authentic art.

Living and working in beautiful wine country, Sonoma County, California. My wife and I share our home with Ziggy, our rescued, neurotic Cocker-Dachshund mix, and Annie, our spirited and loving tortoiseshell cat. Well, if you've made it this far in reading this, thanks for visiting the studio today. If you're in the area, make an appointment and then drop by!

Any painting is susceptible to harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. So be sure to keep your painting out of the direct sunlight. To maintain, simply dust when needed. Some paintings have a UV spray varnish finish that protects them even more.

Ready to stand the test of time. If you have collected any of my art prints at shows or galleries, you have an archival quality print in your hands. It will not fade or turn colors as long as it’s not exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
