Grown up surrounded by art, music, markets and a passion for vintage items

Hello, my name is Diamanda Piol Giovanett. My love affair with vintage isn’t just a passing trend, but a way of life with deep roots: from a very young age, thanks to my parents — my mother, an artist, and my father, a journalist and musician — I began visiting flea markets, exhibitions and antiques fairs. It was there that I learnt to recognise the craftsmanship of vintage garments, the quality of fabrics and the unique charm of objects that have lived a life of their own.

After years of experience as a model, I’ve combined my visual skills with my true passion: vintage fashion, antiques and sustainability.

My style and aesthetic draw on various historical eras:

The 1940s, 1950s and 1960s: Classic silhouettes, pastel colours, period hairstyles and inspiration from icons of cinema and fashion.

Edwardian & Rococo styles: Delicate lace, romantic details, opulent shapes and ornate embellishments.

Flea markets & Collecting: The constant search for vintage clothing, rare accessories and antiques.

Today, I am a content creator, model, influencer and organiser of vintage events: I create visual content for my community, collaborate with vintage boutiques and promote retro and second-hand culture, both on social media and locally.
