Do you work with contractors and builders?
Yes, I collaborate with trusted contractors and builders to ensure a seamless transition from design to construction, helping to bring your project to life. All constructions details and specifications required for the project are included with the finished drawings. Additional copies are available in addition to the 3 copies of the completed drawings and an electronic copy on a thumb drive at additional cost for printing.
Can you help with permits and approvals?
Absolutely! I guarantee the completed drawings will pass review for a building permit in your building jurisdiction. Should the jurisdiction request additional information and/or drawings to comply with the permit requirements, the requirements will be met promptly at no additional fee.
What is your design process like?
My design process typically involves an initial consultation, concept development and design revisions are covered in the preliminary drawing process. Final drawings are not drawn until the preliminary process has been completed and all parties involved are in agreement on the design. Then the construction documents are completed and submitted. I prioritize collaboration to ensure your vision is realized.
