We do not provide refunds simply because a digital product did not meet subjective expectations (for example, you changed your mind or decided you no longer need it), unless required by applicable law.

Services – Cancellations & Refunds (One‑Time Marketing Services)

For one‑time marketing or consulting services:

·         Up‑front payments: If you cancel before any work begins, you may receive a full or partial refund, minus any non‑recoverable costs (such as third‑party ad spend already committed).

·         After work begins: Once work has started, any refund is limited to the portion of services not yet performed. Work already delivered or time already spent is non‑refundable.

To request a cancellation or service‑related refund, contact support@ecomodliving.com with your order details and an explanation, and we will review your request case‑by‑case.

10. No Professional Advice Guarantee

The information and content we provide through the website, our marketing services, and any digital or physical products are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
