I enjoy creating a positive, relaxed environment where training feels enjoyable, safe, and adapted to what your body needs.
I have experience working with over 60s, people dealing with mobility limitations, and clients who want to rebuild strength, confidence, and independence in their daily life.
One of my main focuses is improving mobility, balance and functional strength, because I believe moving well is the foundation for feeling good.
