Product, Design & Delivery Experience

adidas (2020-2023)

Contributed to the launch and ongoing development of Adidas’ global digital products, including the CONFIRMED app and core ecommerce platform. These products serve millions of users worldwide and required precise coordination across frontend, backend, and platform teams. The complexity of launch timelines, microservices architecture, and checkout experience optimization created significant delivery and alignment challenges.

I worked as a Project Manager, Agile facilitator, and coach, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver reliably under high-pressure release conditions. I supported both frontend and backend delivery, including improvements to the checkout experience and coordination with backend teams working on runtime systems, microservices, and APIs. I facilitated Agile ceremonies, improved workflow clarity, and helped teams maintain alignment across multiple product streams.

My role helped ensure smooth coordination between design, engineering, and product teams during critical launch periods. This contributed to stable releases, improved delivery confidence, and a scalable digital infrastructure capable of supporting high-demand global product launches and ecommerce traffic.

VodafoneZiggo (2023-2025)

Led Agile delivery and product process improvements for VodafoneZiggo’s customer support ecosystem, including community platforms and internal service tools.
These platforms enabled both customers and support agents to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve service efficiency. However, delivery complexity, stakeholder dependencies, and unclear workflows created friction that slowed progress and reduced team effectiveness.

I worked as an Agile Lead, facilitating delivery processes and improving alignment across product, design, and engineering teams. I supported development of the customer community forum and internal tools used by customer service agents to manage complaints, resolve technical issues, and respond to feedback. My focus was on improving delivery clarity, strengthening ownership, and enabling teams to operate more effectively within a complex enterprise environment.

This resulted in improved delivery consistency, better cross-team collaboration, and more reliable digital tools that enhanced both customer support efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Pan-African Equipment Group (2019-2020)

Supported strategic growth initiatives at Pan-African Equipment Group through market research, data analysis, and cross-regional project coordination.The organization was expanding its operations across multiple territories and required structured insight to support informed decision-making. Leadership needed clearer visibility into market conditions, competitive positioning, and customer needs to guide business development and prioritize new opportunities.

I conducted market, industry, and customer research, analysing both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, and areas for expansion. I developed reports, dashboards, and presentations to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. In parallel, I supported project planning and progress tracking across multiple regions, helping maintain alignment and visibility as initiatives progressed. I also contributed to marketing materials to ensure positioning and messaging reflected strategic objectives and market realities.

This work enabled leadership to make more informed strategic decisions, improved visibility across ongoing initiatives, and provided a stronger analytical foundation for evaluating growth opportunities across diverse and rapidly evolving markets.

Led a two-day OKR workshop for the management team of a Kenyan dairy farm

Although farm operations were functioning well, improvement efforts and innovative ideas were often invisible, untracked, or repetitive. Teams worked efficiently within their roles but lacked a shared framework to connect their contributions to broader organizational goals. This limited alignment, reduced accountability, and made progress difficult to measure or sustain.

As a certified OKR Practitioner, I was tasked with designing and delivering an intensive, hands-on workshop for the General Manager and leadership team. I introduced the principles of Objectives and Key Results and guided participants through practical exercises to define meaningful objectives, measurable key results, and clear ownership structures. I also developed a comprehensive slide deck to support ongoing learning and long-term adoption.

In parallel, I facilitated team-building exercises to strengthen trust, communication, and cross-team collaboration, creating space for shared reflection and learning.

The workshop established a structured goal-setting framework, enabling leadership to track progress, improve accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and shared organizational purpose.

Website redesign

The client approached me after a frustrating experience with a previous designer who had been unresponsive and failed to implement requested changes. As a result, the website no longer reflected the quality of the client’s work, and the client had lost confidence in the platform as a reliable business asset. Additionally, domain and email ownership issues created operational risk and limited the client’s control over their digital infrastructure.

I recommended Squarespace as a fast, robust platform aligned with the client’s needs and my expertise, allowing for efficient iteration and long-term maintainability. At the outset, I established the importance of consistent communication and structured feedback to ensure timely delivery. Despite initial delays due to the client’s schedule, we realigned expectations and implemented a more responsive feedback loop. This allowed me to iterate rapidly, refining layout, visual hierarchy, and overall clarity. I also coordinated with the previous designer to successfully transfer domain ownership and advised the client on securing full control over their digital assets.

The result was a clean, professional website that accurately represents the client’s business, restores trust in their digital presence, and provides a scalable foundation they fully own and can confidently build upon.
