Welcome to Frieren, a service provided by Atoma. These terms and conditions of use
("Terms") establish the legal rights and obligations between you and Frieren ("We" or "Frieren") regarding the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by
these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Definitions
• "Service" refers to the Frieren application and all related services provided by Atoma.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses and uses the Frieren Service.
• "User Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials that the User submits or shares through the Service.
• "Credits" refers to the virtual currency or coins used within the Service to carry out transactions or acquire virtual items.
• "Virtual Items" refers to the virtual objects or prizes that can be earned, obtained, or acquired within the Service.
• "Atoma" refers to the owners and operators of Frieren.
Use of the Service
You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use of the Service, including but not limited to:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or reverse engineering any portion of the Service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others, including minors, in any way.
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Collecting or storing personal information from other users without their consent.
Bot Rules
When using our service, you must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations of the jurisdiction in
which you reside. You must also adhere to the behavioral rules listed below (collectively, the "Bot Rules"). The rules in this section are not intended to be exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify them, as well as to take appropriate disciplinary measures, including temporary suspensions, permanent bans, and data removal, to protect the integrity and spirit of Frieren, regardless of whether specific behavior is deemed inappropriate under the Bot Rules.
The following are examples of behavior that warrant disciplinary action:
1. Using alternate accounts (smurfs) to gain unfair advantages in our services.
2. Charging real money, nitros, game passes, or other external items for coins, items, or any Frieren-related service.
3. Using economy commands on another person's account.
4. Using any unauthorized third-party programs, including macros, scripts, or automation software to gain advantages in our services.
5. Mass and repetitive command spamming.
6. Abusing vulnerabilities (exploits) or bugs.
7. Cloning the support server.
8. Displaying racist, homophobic, sexist, or insulting attitudes through the use of our services.
9. Initiating rumors or causing unnecessary conflicts related to Frieren or its members,
including harassing, stalking, or threatening service staff.
10. Using unauthorized automatic reminders or reminders from other bots that interfere with Frieren's economy.
Content Protection
Theft or unauthorized extraction of content from our CDN (Content Delivery Network) is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempt to obtain information, whether manually or automated, without the explicit permission of the content owner. Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in legal consequences.
User Content
The Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit to the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant Frieren a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the above license to Frieren. You also agree not to submit any User Content that violates any third-party rights or infringes upon any intellectual property rights.
Virtual Items and Gameplay
By using our services, you may earn, obtain, or acquire credits (also known as "coins") and virtual rewards (also known as "items"). These credits and rewards can be obtained for free or acquired through transactions within our services using real money. It is important to note that even if you acquire these virtual items and they are reflected in your account, they remain the property of
Atoma (owner of Frieren) and, as such, may be removed from your account without prior notice if required.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
At Frieren, we strive to constantly update the Service. However, there may be delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up-to-date. Products or services may have incorrect pricing, be inaccurately described, or be unavailable on the Service, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
Therefore, we reserve the right to change or update information, as well as to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and without prior notice.

Termination

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, but not limited to, the provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Frieren, its owner atoma, from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance.
Frieren does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the restrictions above may not apply to you.
Changes
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
