Best used within 6 months of purchase. All products are lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure quality and maximum freshness. Our ingredients are all human food grade and safe for dogs (although we don't encourage them to eat it). We do not use any essential oils as they may aggravate sensitive skin. No artificial chemicals, coloring or preservatives were added by us.For best effect, always leave the products on for 15 minutes before rinsing off.Contact us if customization is required.

As rescuers, we have spent many years searching for products to help our sickly and broken furkids but most commercial products didn’t work for us. After years of research and testing, we came up with our own products that have been proven to work without the need for sedation, antibiotics and steroids.Each ingredient was selected with care to avoid any potentially poisonous, toxic or harmful to your dogs in the long run. We want to keep our products affordable, value for money and yet, ensure they are of high quality. Our homemade products are free from preservatives, artificial colouring or fragrances. We don't even use essential oils because they might trigger inflammations, might be toxic and they do not contain the full healing benefits of herbs.For the busy pawrents out there, we are always ready to help you. The ingredients are soothing, antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.&nbsp;Ingredients: SLS-free soap, Coconut Milk, Unrefined Shea Butter, Jojoba, Rosehip, Vit E,&nbsp;Pearl Powder, Goat Milk, Barley, Calendula and Chamomile.

Restoration Soap (Restore skin moisture)

Frequent showers can strip your dog’s skin of natural oils. To help keep them fresh after walks, we created this dry shampoo that also&nbsp;repels and kills insects like fleas,&nbsp;ticks and mosquitos. Whilst dry shampoos can absorb oils and sebum for the skin, they do not really clean you the way a real shampoo does. However, the frequent use of dry shampoo frequently will usually cause the body to produce less sebum (which reduces the likelihood of yeast inflammations).Instructions: Apply generously in a well-ventilated area, massage into the skin and brush out the excess.Ingredients: Yarrow root, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, food-grade diatomaceous earth, dried lavender and dried thyme.

Dry Shampoo (powder)

HOCI stands for hypochlorous acid, a substance that’s produced in white blood cells as a defense against infection. It is artificially created when chlorine gas is dissolved in water.You can use it for:<ul><li>killing / preventing yeast / ringworms on your dog's skin</li><li>killing / preventing yeast, remove odour and provide itch relief for your dog's&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1111/vde.13142">ears</a></li><li>wound cleaning (it is more biocompatible than chlorhexidine and&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33247899/">works as well as chlorhexidine</a>; it is also less caustic than chlorhexidine when licked up)</li><li>neutralise pet odours on surfaces and fabrics</li></ul>

HOCI  - kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi (like yeast)

We imported this from Korea! 100G tube of blueberry scented goodness. We tested it and it works! The dogs love the taste too! Propolis is an ingredient made by bees, which has antibacterial and antiseptic qualities. Studies have shown that Propolis is safe and effective in reducing plaque accumulation, minimizing dental cavities and inflammation.Ingredients: Silicon dioxide, glycerin, precipitated calcium carbonate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, D-sorbitol solution, citric acid, seaweed extract, grapefruit seed extract, coconut oil, propolis extract, blueberry scent, purified water

Yummy Propolis Toothpaste by Root & Tree

This is the perfect solution for those with muscle aches, inflamed joints or strained ligaments. Massage it onto the sore areas for faster recovery and enhanced sleep.&nbsp;Instructions for use:<ol type="1"><li>Avoid use on open wounds (magnesium chloride is a salt, it will sting).</li><li>Apply to the sore spots and massage gently</li><li>Leave on for 10 mins before washing off (optional)</li></ol>&nbsp;Please keep in the fridge immediately after receiving.Ingredients:&nbsp;Water, Magnesium Chloride, Frankincense and Myrrh.

Massage Therapy for aches/pains 

We recommend this for those with mild skin flare ups, chronic itching, persistent comedones (blackheads), hotspots and flaky skin. It also helps those with joint problems.Instructions for use:1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hydrate what you need with warm water to make a thin paste and leave it to steep for about 15 minutes before use. Soothing Kombu Mud Spa 

We recommend this for those with mild skin flare ups that do not require medicated shampoos. It can be used on those with itchy skin, bald patches and as a preventive for yeast.Instructions for use:<ol type="1"><li>Recommended to use&nbsp;after&nbsp;a shampooed shower to strip the oils and dirt to leave the skin soft and receptive for the herbal paste</li><li>Hydrate what you need with hot water to make a thin paste or thick "tea" and leave it to steep until cool.</li><li>Massage deep into the skin</li><li>Leave on for 15 – 20 minutes before rinsing off.</li><li>Towel / Blow Dry</li></ol>Ingredients:&nbsp;Chamomile, Dandelion, Lavender, Spirulina, Shiitake, Cinnamon, Calendula, Burdock Root, Moringa Seed, Goji Berry, Barley, Barley Green, Oatmeal and Epsom salt

Herbal Spa Scrub

The ingredients are all human food grade products which will naturally dissolve tartar/plaque and reducing the amount of bacteria in their mouth. In the long run, these ingredients will help reduce gum disease (gingivitis / periodontitis), dental diseases, cavities and if consistent enough, remineralise their teeth.&nbsp;After 1 - 2 weeks of use, you should notice a major improvement in their breath and their tartar should be easily scrapped off.Recommended daily dosage• &lt; 10KG: 1/4 tsp• 10 – 25KG: 1/2 tsp• &gt;25KG: 3/4 tsp&nbsp;** Not recommended for dogs with thyroid issuesIngredients: Ascophyllum Nodosum. Dental Powder 

Open wounds and sores are a chore to deal with, especially if they get infected. We also realised that it is difficult for dressings to stay on dogs while we try to treat their wounds. This wound healing balms to keep the bacteria out while maintaining a&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3842869/">moist</a>&nbsp;environment to expedite the healing process.Instructions for use: Clean wounds with HOCI and leave it to air dry a little while before applying a layer of the wound balm. Apply 2x a day or whenever required. Whilst it is safe to be licked up, it would be counterproductive.&nbsp;Ingredients: Beeswax, Unrefined Shea Butter, Jojoba, Rosehip, Vit E, Coconut, Panax Notoginseng, Propolis, Calendula, Hydrolyzed Collagen (Marine), Bosweilla Serrata and Myrrh.

Benji Pet KennelIf you want a great place to shop for your furkids' needs, Benji is a good place to visit. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly / helpful. They carry a good range of pet food, supplements, treats, shampoos, bowls, leashes etc. They also provide grooming services where pet transportation can be arranged!

<h4>Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic and Referrals (Telok Kurau)</h4>One of our favorite vets so far with very friendly staff who are very dedicated. They are very clear with their communication and have a lot of inhouse facilities. You can also send your furkids for Physiotherapy there!The only downsides are the lack of on-site parking facilities. You can drop off your pet and hunt for parking nearby. They are currently not yet operating as a 24/7 facility but may have plans to do so in the future. For emergency cases, i would recommend Companion Vet.

Recommended Resources for Pawrents

This segment might appear a little unhinged as it is an "info-drop" section. We do a lot of science based research to give our furkids the best life possible. We believe that proactive health care is key to a joyful, healthy and active furkid.<h3>AVS License required Dog Groomer/Trainer/Boarding?</h3><ul><li>Dog groomers do not need to be licensed the same way hair dressers are not licensed.</li><li>For dog trainers, accreditation is not required unless they are training Schedule B dogs.</li><li>For commercial dog boarding, the facility needs to be licensed by URA and AVS for operation.</li></ul><h3>Heartworms, Ticks and Fleas.</h3>Prevention is always better than cure. Among the 3, I am more concerned about heartworms. Heartworms are spread through mosquitoes. Mosquitoes, Ticks and Fleas can be discouraged with our dry shampoo because the diatomaceous earth will kill them on contact plus the scent of rosemary and thyme is also a deterrent.Nexgard Spectra is a decent monthly preventive but there have been cases of some dogs going into seizures after consuming them. There are many fake products sold in the market so I would recommend obtaining your supplies directly from a vet.<h3>Annual Vaccination</h3>It is highly debated if we are actually over vaccinating our pets by insisting on their annual jabs. Do they actually need it? Every vaccination has its pros and cons. I would recommend pawrents request for a titre test for their furkids before deciding if another vaccination jab is needed.<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7131694/">"Adult animals should be “vaccinated to measure”, taking age, breed, lifestyle, the epidemiologic situation, etc. into account."</a><h3>Dog Allergies</h3>We keep hearing of dogs being allergic to almost everything they eat. It is quite scary and frustrating for pawrents who are spending a lot of money on pet visits without much effect. It is quite scary when you find out how bad the side effects of apoquel can be or you wonder how much damage is being done to your furkid's organs after so much steroid and antibiotics.But have you heard of "leaky gut syndrome"? It is linked to allergies because a compromised gut barrier can allow undigested food particles and other substances to enter the bloodstream, potentially triggering immune and allergic responses. This increased intestinal permeability, often associated with an imbalance in gut bacteria (dysbiosis), can trigger inflammation and contribute to the development or worsening of conditions like food allergies and eczema.Perhaps all they need are high quality food and a good daily dose of pre + probiotics to resolve their health issues.<h3>My dog keeps eating his/her Poo!!</h3>Coprophagia can be due to a combination of behavioral, medical, and instinctual issues. This could include hunger, boredom, anxiety or lack of nutrients.Sometimes if your furkid is left alone in a fenced up area for long hours, they might eat poop as a instinctive way to keep their "den" clean. Some furkids are just doing it for attention because they enjoy watching you scream and run after them. Very.. thrilling. How to resolve this issue? You need to figure out what is the cause and address it!
