Yarrow has aromatic, fern-like leaves and can grow up to 3 ft in height. It's native to Europe and can be found throughout North America, from the coast to alpine zones, as well as in Asia. The name achillea comes from the Greek mythological hero Achilles, to whom the centaur Chiron is said to have given yarrow during the siege of Troy. Yarrow's foliage is a natural coagulant and has been used medicinally for many purposes, including treating wounds, fevers, coughs, sore throats, and stomach issues.

 Das war (bis 2023) die HOCHWERTIGSTE Grünanlage in der Stadt Goslar -DER ROMANISCHE GARTEN- Traurige Wahrheit: Die Instandsetzung hätte 2.500 € gekostet - OB Urte Schwerdtner hat stattdessen das HUNDERTFACHE für die ZERSTÖRUNG des Areals verschwendet (265.000 €)...

Prachtvoll wie dieser private Garten in der Altstadt - so schön könnten unsere Grün- und Freiflächen in Goslar aussehen... 

Traurige Realität an der Abzucht: Während engagierte, fleissige Anwohner sich aufopfernd um die Blumenkästen kümmern, hält es die Stadtverwaltung nicht für nötig, auch nur das geringste Niveau hinsichtlich Gestaltung, Pflege und Sauberkeit zu leisten!!
