De wereld kan hard en kil lijken, maar dat hoeft niet zo te blijven. Ik ben Brigitte en met het Heal the World Project wil ik jou laten zien dat kleine, bewuste keuzes een groot effect kunnen hebben. Hier vind je ideeën om je eigen bijdrage te leveren en te creëren hoe jij wilt dat de wereld eruitziet. Het begint bij jou." Ik heb jou nodig. Doe je mee?

Wanneer je één bewuste keuze maakt — hoe klein ook — verandert er iets in jou. En gek genoeg verandert er dan óók iets in de wereld om je heen. Omdat vriendelijkheid zich verspreidt. Omdat aandacht aanstekelijk is. Omdat jij invloed hebt, zelfs op dagen dat je dat niet voelt.

Jij maakt de wereld!

Dit project draait niet om perfect gedrag. Het gaat om het doorbreken van dat ene zinnetje: “Zo is de wereld nu eenmaal.” Nee. Zo voelt de wereld wanneer we stoppen met kiezen.

Een wereld van verschil

Kleine menselijke handelingen die grote effecten kunnen hebben. Andere manieren van kijken naar situaties die vastgelopen lijken. Woorden, muziek en korte boodschappen die iets in je wakker maken. Dingen die je helpen herinneren dat jij kunt creëren, in plaats van alleen reageren.

Hoe pakken we dit aan samen

Een glimlach reist ver. En is aanstekelijk. Wist je dat? Jouw glimlach kan zo aan de andere kant van het land terecht komen

Een simpele groet kan wel eens het eerste teken van leven zijn dat iemand die eenzaam is vandaag ontvangt

Ik ben iemand die veel heeft meegemaakt en daardoor anders naar de wereld kijkt dan de meeste mensen. Ik heb gezien hoe hard het leven kan worden als mensen stoppen met voelen, stoppen met kijken, en vooral: stoppen met kiezen.Door mijn autisme, NLD, hooggevoeligheid, PTSS, traumaverwerking kindertijd en de manier waarop ik de wereld verwerk, zie ik dingen vaak scherp. Soms té scherp. Ik zie de kleine signalen die anderen voorbijlopen. Hoe mensen moe zijn. Hoe ze elkaar missen, terwijl ze recht naast elkaar staan. Hoe iedereen verlangt naar iets zachts, maar niet goed weet waar te beginnen.Ik heb lang gedacht dat ik geen plek had in zo’n wereld. Tot ik besefte dat mijn manier van kijken juist waarde heeft. Niet om te preken. Niet om mensen te veranderen. Maar om iets in hen wakker te maken dat er al is: menselijkheid.Ik doe dit niet omdat ik denk dat ik alles weet. Ik doe dit omdat ik weet hoe het voelt als de wereld koud wordt en je niemand hoort zeggen dat het ook anders kan.Dit project is mijn manier om licht te brengen zonder grote woorden, zonder commercie, zonder verborgen agenda. Gewoon kleine zaadjes planten. Woorden die raken. Ideeën die iets openen. Suggesties die iemand net dat ene duwtje geven om weer mens te zijn in een wereld die dat hard nodig heeft.Als één iemand door deze site even stopt, ademhaalt en denkt: “Misschien kan ik vandaag iets anders kiezen” — dan was het al de moeite waard.<h3>Brigitte</h3>
