Absolument. Nos plans sont adaptés à tous les niveaux avec une progression graduelle pour éviter les blessures et améliorer votre condition physique en douceur.


Une compétition Hyrox comprend 8 kilomètres de course à pied entrecoupés de 8 épreuves fonctionnelles : rameur, traîneau, fentes, wall balls, etc. L'objectif est de terminer le parcours le plus rapidement possible.
