Since its inception, our company has been committed to always offering its customers a high level of quality and reliability, providing a service that meets their requirements and expectations while reducing or avoiding environmental impact.

The objective of this Integrated System Policy is to consolidate this reality by developing its activities progressively and continuously, leading to quality and environmental improvements beyond the requirements of current legislation and other subscribed requirements, implementing appropriate preventive measures, and thus contributing to the sustainable development of its sphere of influence and stakeholders.

Our objectives are to understand who our customers are, what their expectations are, and to meet these expectations without error, on time, and with a commitment to protecting the environment, including pollution prevention. Our customers' satisfaction is ours.

IMS, by implementing an Integrated Management System in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, aims to promote the training and information of all those involved in the service provided so that environmental respect and service quality are essential elements in the development and continuous improvement of the company's processes.

In accordance with this Policy, we establish IMS Objectives at all levels, monitoring the degree of compliance so that we can measure our improvement.

IMS Management periodically reviews the integrated management system to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.

This review assesses opportunities for improving the system and processes and identifies the need for changes to the management system.

IMS Management recognizes that the full participation of all company employees is essential to achieving these objectives, combining their ongoing efforts to improve their individual work with teamwork and their total commitment to our company's overall objectives.

Consistent with its assumed responsibility, IMS provides the necessary resources to fulfill this policy.
