Refund Policy

Consultation Sessions:
• Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled session
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before, no-shows, or completed sessions
Digital Products:
• No refunds after delivery due to digital nature of products
Rescheduling:
• Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before session (one time per booking)
Disputes:
• Contact us within 7 days of your session
• We review and respond within 5 business days
How to Request a Refund:
Send an email to janewellnesshelp@gmail.com with your full name, date of purchase, and reason for request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
