About Me

Jason Lewinter
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Finding the right therapist for your child or teen can feel overwhelming. I provide a calm, supportive space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, school stress, behavioral challenges, and difficulty managing emotions. My approach blends structure, empathy, and encouragement—helping clients build confidence, resilience, and lifelong coping skills.
I also collaborate closely with parents to set clear goals, offer practical tools, and support growth both at home and at school.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active through basketball and tennis, playing music, and exploring new places—interests that often help me connect with kids and teens in creative ways.
