We recognise and embrace our differences and enable those who may find it difficult to find work. Whether that be due to physical or mental health, hidden or seen disability, neurodivergency or anything that may make it difficult to find and keep work, we want to nourish and aid everyone; either as part of our team or our clientele.<h3>How We Are Becoming Accessible</h3>Accessibility is one of our top priorities, for both clientele and employees. We understand that for some of us, working 9-5 in an office is unachievable. For a number of reasons, this may even be impossible. What we are working to reach is the ability to work on what your timeline is, when you are most productive and in whatever way that may be. For some people, that may mean working online beside someone, or being given a list to complete with a deadline that can be done on whatever timescale you know is attainable for you. At Just A Little Something, we understand that sometimes the support that is needed is more child tailored. Either from your own child needing support, or yourself needing support to step away from them, we are here to help. From a night out of the house to wanting some time to get your own work done, a few of our support workers can offer some time either on a one off basis to weekly; online or in person (subject to availability in your area). <h4>Our In Person Operating Area</h4>Currently, for our in person support we only operate out of a few limited areas in the South West of England, including:<ul><li>Bath</li><li>Bristol</li><li>Swindon</li><li>Wiltshire</li><li>And surrounding areas</li></ul>
