Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit is due once your appointment is confirmed and goes toward your final balance.
Do you sell hair care products?
Whether it’s edge control, shampoo, or anything in between, we’ve got you covered with all-natural, in-house–made products crafted to keep your hair looking its best.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.
A $15 late fee will be added if you are late.
If you arrive 25 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Do I need to come with my hair washed and blow-dried?
Yes. Hair must be washed, detangled, and blow-dried before your appointment. If not, a $20 prep fee will be added to your final price.
