Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code so we can clean while they are away.

Do you bring your own cleaning equipment?
Yes, our cleaning professionals come fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?
We are committed to going the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience possible.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly, including re-cleaning if necessary.
Once the service is completed, we do not provide refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with the service provided, we can send another cleaning crew to address them. Please report any discrepancies within 24 hours of the service's completion.
Do you offer one-time deep cleaning services?
Yes, we provide one-time deep cleaning services perfect for special occasions or thorough seasonal cleaning.
Got pets?
We ask that you put your pets away in a secure and safe place, away from the cleaners, until the entire cleaning process is completed.
An additional pet fee will be applied if we need to pick up or put away pet toys during cleaning. Cleaning pet hair, pet litter, or washing pet dishes and mats will also incur an extra fee. Additionally, a pet cleaning fee will be charged for move-in and move-out cleaning for homes or businesses that have pets.
Safety Requirements
We ask that you please pick up any items that could cause the vacuum cleaner to break. Please store away all personal and household items to avoid any accidents or misplacement. If we have to put items away, this will add more time to your cleaning time and billing.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid any fees and to accommodate other clients. If you cancel on the day of your cleaning, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
Are your cleaning teams background checked?
Yes, all members of our cleaning teams undergo thorough background checks to ensure your safety and trust.
Can I customize the cleaning services to fit my needs?
Absolutely! We offer customizable cleaning packages tailored to your specific requirements and preferences.

Lock-out?
We kindly request that you ensure your home is accessible for our cleaning service. If we are unable to enter your home to clean, we will not be able to provide the service. Please note that there is a 7-minute grace period for lockouts. If we cannot access your home after this time, you will need to reschedule your cleaning appointment and pay additional deposit fees (if applicable).
